2. Purpose and scope
This Legal Notice governs the use of the website https://soline.es and its subdomains (the "Website"), owned by the provider identified above ("Soline Transfer" or the "Provider").
Use of the Website grants the status of User and implies full acceptance of this Legal Notice, the Privacy Policy, the Cookies Policy and the Terms & Conditions. Users who do not agree with any term must refrain from using the Website.
3. Regulated activity and authorisations
Soline Transfer provides private chauffeured passenger transport (VTC) services under the authorisation indicated above. The activity is carried out mainly in Catalonia, Andorra and southern France, in accordance with:
- Spanish Law 16/1987, of 30 July, on Land Transport (LOTT) and its implementing Royal Decree 1211/1990.
- Royal Decree-Law 13/2018 on rental of vehicles with driver.
- Catalan Decree 314/2016, of 8 November, on vehicles for chauffeured rental in Catalonia (within its territorial scope).
The Provider complies with mandatory insurance (vehicle third-party liability, passenger and carrier liability), technical inspection (ITV) and tax and labour obligations applicable to the activity.
4. Conditions of use
The User undertakes to use the Website diligently, correctly and lawfully, and in particular not to:
- Use the Website for purposes contrary to law, morality, public order or good practice.
- Introduce viruses, malware or any technical means likely to damage the systems of the Provider, its suppliers or third parties.
- Engage in spam, mass scraping, reverse engineering, decompilation or any other activity that compromises the security or proper functioning of the Website.
- Reproduce, copy, distribute or modify Website contents without express authorisation, save for legally permitted uses.
- Provide false or inaccurate data or third-party data without consent when filling in the booking form.
5. Intellectual and industrial property
All Website contents — including, without limitation, texts, photographs, graphics, images, icons, trademarks, trade names, logos, graphic design, source code and software — are owned by the Provider or by third parties who have expressly authorised their use, and are protected by Spanish and international intellectual and industrial property laws.
"Soline Transfer" and its logo are distinctive signs of the Provider. Their use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
Header, hero and gallery images that are not owned directly by the Provider have been obtained from stock image services with commercial licences (in particular, Unsplash under the Unsplash License). Images owned by the Provider (logo, fleet photographs) are the exclusive property of Soline Transfer.
6. Links to third-party sites
The Website may contain links to third-party sites (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google Fonts) offered solely for the User's convenience. The Provider is not responsible for their content, privacy policies or practices, and recommends reading their respective terms before use.
7. Limitation of liability
The Provider makes its best efforts to ensure that Website information is accurate and up to date. However, prices, routes, journey times and other operational information are indicative and subject to confirmation by the Provider via WhatsApp or email, under the Terms & Conditions.
The Provider shall not be liable for:
- Interruptions, errors or failures in Website access due to technical reasons, maintenance, force majeure or events beyond its reasonable control.
- Decisions made by the User based solely on Website information without prior confirmation.
- Misuse of the Website by third parties.
8. Personal data protection
The processing of personal data provided by the User through the booking form or any other channel is governed by the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are governed by the Cookies Policy.
9. Modifications
The Provider reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the Website content and this Legal Notice, as well as the presentation, configuration or features of the services offered, always within applicable law. Modifications take effect upon publication on the Website; Users are advised to review this document periodically.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from access to or use of the Website shall be submitted to the Courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings before the courts of his/her domicile under EU consumer protection rules.
